Registration Steps:

Step 1: Create account on https://www.meadowbrookscience.org/register/

  • New accounts are needed for all students, even if they registered last year.  They can use the same email as last year if they would like.
  • PUSD student email addresses will not work.
  • Please check your your spam/junk folder for your password to login.  Our host is unfortunately spammy.
  • Each student will need their own account on the website.  Please see the FAQ about ways to use the same email address for multiple students.

Step 2: Login and select your events at https://www.meadowbrookscience.org/index_events.php

  • Please select 3 to 5 events.
  • Please select no more than 2 build events without speaking to a coach.  Parents are encouraged to attend build classes to help during the build process but students are responsible for the actual builds.
  • Event registrations are first come first serve and can fill up quickly.  Please don't be discouraged.  Take it as an opportunity to try something new.
  • Remember to click save at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Sign the consent forms online Consent Form

Step 4: Pay registration fees $75 per student

  • There are two payment options for registration fees:
    1. Online Payment, $75 + Processing fee ($3) https://mbmsfoundation.square.site/science-olympiad
    2. Drop check off @ MBMS school office  made out to “MEF Science Olympiad” with your student’s name on the memo line
  • Payments for additional shirts, materials, etc will be handled at a later date.
