After selecting your events, you must finish the registration process by completing the electronic consent form below and paying the registration fee.

MBMS Science Olympiad is $85 per student. This covers the cost of competition registration fees, the team shirt, and most event materials.
There are two payment options:
- Online Payment: Visit the Meadowbrook Educational Foundation’s Zeffy page at https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/science-olympiad-2027-registration
- Check: Checks can be dropped off in the Meadowbrook school office. Please make the check out to “MEF Science Olympiad” and write your student’s name on the memo line.
This payment qualifies as a donation to a non-profit organization and is eligible for company matching. If you work for a company that will match, please apply for the matching to further support our program.
Please use this tax ID for any company matching donations. Email us after you’ve requested matching at meadowbrookso.org@gmail.com so that we are aware of the coming donation. Thank you!
