If interested, please fill out the Coaches Interest Form or email us at meadowbrookso.org@gmail.com. Parent involvement is extremely important to the success of our Science Olympiad program. Please consider volunteering; we cannot run the program without your help!
Clearance Info
A new process was established to provide clearance for our volunteers. Please go to the district website for Volunteer Clearance and complete your clearance application as soon as possible.
Donation Matching Info
We accept company matching donations for the registration through the Meadowbrook Educational Foundation. Please use this tax ID for any company matching donations. Email us after you’ve requested matching at meadowbrookso.org@gmail.com so that we are aware of the coming donation. Thank you!

Dollars for Doers or Volunteer Grant Programs
Some employers (such as Qualcomm, Apple, Sony, Illumina, Google, Pfizer, etc.) have programs that turn employee volunteer hours into financial donations for the organization you’re volunteering for. Please look into if your company has this program and if you volunteer as coach, event proctor, etc., you can log your hours with your company for a corporate donation to MEF-Science Olympiad.
